Almost 22 weeks!
I cannot believe I am already over halfway through this pregnancy. If I have this baby at full term, only 18 weeks to go. :) I cannot believe how time is flying by.
We just had an amazing weekend up at Roche Harbor for Memorial Day. It was a beautiful, sunny weekend and we had a total blast. I am now officially "showing", and the baby made its appearance over the weekend more and more each day. It was unbelievable how much I grew! She must have loved all of the sunshine and boating (which makes her Grandpa Dave proud). They say between weeks 21-25 to expect the most growing, so I am definitely experiencing the baby bump growth period. She is a total of 10.5" long from head to foot! I cannot believe how big she is getting.
She is also getting stronger with her kicks. I have found that at 3:30 p.m. each day it is time for soccer practice. She also does not like it when I rest a book or anything on my belly, she definitely kicks back at it. It makes me laugh, but it is an amazing feeling to have the baby kicking inside of you.
Daddy Brett still has not been able to feel her yet. Whenever he puts his hand on my belly, she seems to stop kicking and just loves to cuddle with his hands. Looks like she is already a Daddy's girl! Hopefully within the next couple weeks he'll be able to feel her kicking away.
